1. Setting up Outlook on school computer--Setting up e-mail on school computers (only do this if you are the only person using the computer)
1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Choose Tools, E-mail accounts, Add a new e-mail account, Next
3. POP3, Next, Enter Your Full Name, Your complete e-mail address (firstnamelastname@stewart.k12.tn.us)
4. Incoming and outgoing mail server is
mail.stewart.k12.tn.us
5. Username (should have automatically inserted) is your firstnamelastname
6. Enter your e-mail password.
7. Check the setup with the Test Account Settings option. When that finishes you should have check marks beside all the items that come up.
8. You can now open Outlook each morning and minimize through the day. An envelope will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your computer when you have new mail.
