Agreement of Parent – Free Textbooks

I hereby agree that I will be responsible for all free textbooks used by my child.  I also agree that I will reimburse the Stewart County Board of Education for the value of any book that is damaged, destroyed, or misplaced which my child used during the 2004-2005 scholastic year in the _____________________School and the ________ grade.
