Cosmetology School Scholarships Available - Apply Now!
Tennessee franchises and Great Clips, Inc. are sponsoring two
$500 scholarships for individuals interested in pursuing a career in cosmetology
or barbering. These scholarships can be used at any accredited cosmetology or
barbering school in the counties of Bedford, Cheatham, Coffee, Davison, Dickson,
Montgomery, Maury, Putnam, Sumner, Rutherford and Williamson.
Application, essay, and letter of recommendation must be returned by May 14,
2008.

BALANCED MAN SCHOLARSHIP AT
MURRAY STATE UNIVERSITY
Do you practice a life of virtue and diligence?
Do you strive to be a gentleman, athlete, scholar,

Are you a Balanced Man?
If so, you may qualify for the Murray State University
Balanced Man Scholarship.
Scholarships totaling over $5,000 are available to Balanced Men
attending Murray State University.

Austin Peay State University, Fall Semester, 2008.
You may pick up an application in the Guidance Office.

TENNESSEE
ETA CHAPTER OF SIGMA PHI EPSILON FRATERNITY AT AUSTIN PEAY STATE UNIVERSITY
The TN Eta chapter offers the
Balanced Man Scholarship
in the amount of $500 to one male student who will enroll
at Austin Peay State University upon graduation.
Applications must be received by June 16, 2008.
Sigma Phi Epsilon recruits students who exhibit a balance of academics,
athletics, leadership, and a variety of other attributes which would contribute
to a sound mind and sound body; however, this scholarship is offered to reward
dedication and hard work.
Applications may be picked up in the Guidance Office.
JUNE SIMMONS MEMORIAL
SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship was established in
2006 by the
Humane Society of Dover-Stewart County.
It is designed for students who have chosen to pursue a higher
education in animal science, veterinary science or any other field relating
to the humane treatment of animals.
It is supported by the Humane Society in memory of June Simmons.
